Working with groups requires more than just technique.

In this module, you will learn how group dynamics affect both you as a trainer and the participants. You will develop stability, presence, and safety in facilitating group sessions.

You will learn how to create a foundation where energy can flow without losing control.

The basics

You will learn how to take up space as a trainer, how to ensure safety, and how to exert influence without forcing it.

Authenticity and leadership are central.

You will explore where your personal growth lies in working with groups and complete the training with a final masterpiece.
