Module 1 – The GIFT forms the foundation of the Liquid Breath® training.
In this 4-day training, you will learn the essence of breathwork, safety, and facilitation.
You will develop yourself both personally and professionally and learn to independently provide a full GIFT session of 45–60 minutes.
The basis of Liquid Breath®
Module 1 The GIFT is a 4-day basic training in which you learn the core principles of Liquid Breath® and deepen your own process.
You will learn to give The GIFT, a 45–60 minute session that is deeply relaxing and healing.

For professionals who want to integrate breathwork into their practice
For therapists, massage therapists, yoga teachers, coaches, psychologists, and speech therapists
What you will learn in Module 1
Certification & completion
During and after the training, you will actively work on deepening your skills.
You will prepare for the training days, practice with trial clients, and receive targeted feedback on your facilitation.
After this 4-day training, you will be able to independently and responsibly facilitate a full Liquid Breath® GIFT session within your own practice.
Specifically, you will complete the module with:
Giving 5 full GIFT sessions
Reflection and evaluation of your sessions
Integration of feedback
Completion with Module 1 – The GIFT certificate
