For everyone. Please note. The SHIFT is a very powerful 'pressure cooker' version of the GIFT. Have you not yet experienced the GIFT? Then start doing so, otherwise the SHIFT may be too intense. The SHIFT also has a sitting part and is a physical session with gentle movement. If you have physical complaints, you can do the exercises on a chair. In case of psychiatric complaints, a drug history, serious physical complaints or heart problems, an online session does not give enough personal attention.
