The SHIFT is the 22-minute highly powerful activation through breath and movement to balance your energy.
What do you get?
In this package, you will receive both The GIFT and The SHIFT together.
The GIFT is a deeply relaxing breathing session that provides a profound release. It’s about transitioning from doing to being. It’s comforting because we are usually in a state of doing. By using the exhale as a gateway, tension is released from you, rather than the other way around. This creates space for your body to recover.

Recommended dosage
Do The GIFT as often as you like and recommended is 1 time per week, as a gift, a check-up for yourself. This keeps your battery charged.
You can also do The SHIFT 1 time per week, gradually increasing to 3 times per week.

For whom
In terms of physical health, this program is suitable for everyone. However, for psychiatric issues, a history of drug abuse, or heart problems, an online session may not provide enough personal attention.
