The SHIFT is a 15-minute highly powerful activation through breath and movement to balance your energy.
This is a continuation of the GIFT.
What do you get?
The SHIFT is a powerful activation. You balance your Yin (softness) and Yang (strength) energy. You transition from doing to being. It’s comforting because we are usually in a state of doing.
The SHIFT works:
- To prepare your body for a day full of gentle strength.
- If you're feeling lethargic, lacking motivation, or low on energy
- If your mood could use a boost
- If you're about to do something exciting

Recommended dosage
Do the SHIFT 1 time per week and gradually increase to 3 times per week.

For whom
For everyone. However, be cautious. The SHIFT is a highly powerful “pressure cooker” version of the GIFT. If you haven’t experienced the GIFT yet, start with that, otherwise, the SHIFT may be too intense. The SHIFT also includes a seated part and is a physical session with gentle movement. If you have physical complaints, you can perform the exercises while sitting on a chair. For psychiatric issues, a history of drug abuse, severe physical complaints, or heart problems, an online session may not provide enough personal attention.
